A Sacred Responsibility Towards Gau Mata
In Sanatan Dharma, Gau Mata is revered as a symbol of compassion, nourishment, and selfless giving. Yet today, hundreds of abandoned and rescued cows struggle every day without proper food, shelter, and medical care.
At our Gaushala, we are currently caring for over 200 Gau Mata, many of whom were rescued after being abandoned, injured, or left to survive on roads and in unsafe conditions. While we strive to provide them with the care they deserve, our resources are limited, and the growing number of cows has made it increasingly difficult to meet their daily needs.
Adding to this challenge, more than 50 cows are suffering from injuries, infections, weakness, and age-related illnesses that require immediate veterinary treatment and medicines. Without timely support, their health and well-being remain at serious risk.
